From the Breast of Friends - very simple and yummy! I use Campbells chicken noodle and Stove Top stuffing.

5 -6 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
1 1/2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (284 ml) can chicken noodle soup
1 (120 g) package chicken flavor stuffing mix
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 dash paprika

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F Slice chicken breasts and place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and cover with shredded cheese and mushrooms.
  • Pour over can of undiluted chicken noodle soup. Cover with the stuffing crumbs and seasonings.
  • Drizzle butter over top and sprinkle with paprika and bake for 1 hour!

6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 cups sour cream
2 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
1 teaspoon Italian-style seasoning
6 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Rinse and trim the chicken breasts. Pat dry. Generously coat both sides of each breast with sour cream. Put crushed cornflake crumbs in a shallow plate or bowl and season to taste (I use onion salt and garlic salt). Dip the sour cream coated chicken in the seasoned cornflake crumbs.
  • Place coated chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter/margarine and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
