- Season the steaks with the PW Steak Rub.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Add some butter and let it sizzle and start to brown. Fry the steaks for 1 minute per side. Serve.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat until hot. Toast the coriander, fennel and mustard seeds until aromatic, 2 to 3 minutes. Grind in a spice grinder until finely ground, then add to a bowl. Add the sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes and mix to combine.

- In a large saute pan or griddle, heat the oil over medium-high heat for 1 minute, and then add the onions, 1 tablespoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper. Cook the onions until caramelized, stirring throughout the process, 5 to 6 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
- Spread the softened butter on the interiors of the rolls and cook, butter-side down, on a griddle until browned, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove the rolls, add the raw steak to the griddle and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook briefly, shredding the meat into small pieces with two metal spatulas. Add the onions and cook for 2 minutes.
- Portion the meat into four piles, and top each pile with 3 slices of the provolone. Continue to cook until the cheese melts (putting on the lid and adding a little water to the pan can help with this step). Cover each pile with a browned roll, and slide a spatula under the meat to pick it up with the roll.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Press 1 package's worth of crescent rolls, still connected, onto the bottom of a greased 9x12-inch baking dish.
- Combine cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a bowl; beat with an electric mixer until fluffy. Spread mixture on top of the crescent roll "crust" in the baking dish.
- Cover cream cheese filling with the second package of crescent roll dough and brush with egg white.
- Bake in the preheated oven until puffed up and golden, 25 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Stir in bell peppers, onion, mushrooms, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Cook 10 minutes longer stirring occasionally. Turn heat off and cool mixture for 5 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease a 9x9 baking pan with cooking spray. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, egg whites, sea salt, and black pepper. Stir in ground beef and vegetable mixture. Stir in cheese.
- Pour mixture into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 5 minutes before slicing into 4 squares. Place 1 piece in large compartments of 4 MPOF teal containers. Divide persimmons between the small compartments.
