BREAKFAST CASSEROLE (PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH "COWBOY")
This is a really simple make-ahead breakfast casserole.

Steps:
- 1. Beat eggs. Add milk, salt and mustard, mixing well.
- 2. Grease bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish.
- 3. Layer bread cubes, then sausage, then cheese. Pour egg mixture over the top.
- 4. Refrigerate overnight.
- 5. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
- 6. Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting.
- 7. NOTE: For 8 people use 3 slices of bread and 8 eggs.
