¾ cup mayonnaise
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¾ teaspoon garlic powder
¾ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Place bread crumbs in a separate bowl. Dip chicken into the mayonnaise mixture, then into the bread crumbs to coat. Arrange coated chicken on a baking sheet.
  • Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken juices run clear and coating is golden brown.

EASY BAKED CHICKEN CORDON BLEU (NUWAVE/FLAVORWAVE OVENS)



Easy Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu (Nuwave/Flavorwave Ovens) image

This is a fast and easy way to make dinner in your Nuwave/Flavorwave Oven. Made it tonight for my friends and have raves. Made up of "pre made" Garlic Mash potatoes and you have a great dinner in under 25 min (cooking time). 6-10 min to bread & roll them up. Note; You can defrost the chicken for 5 min on 1/2 power or 5 on Nuwave oven. I used defrosted chicken. Note: if your chicken is frozen you and defrost in your Nuwave oven/fFlavorwave oven. I have used 5-8 mins to defrost. Also, a quick way is to put your chicken breast into a full sized freezer bag prior to pouding it thinn. I hope this helps. Note: I use italian style bread crumbs, I also add some granulated garlic, salt & pepper, and some assiago cheese if I have some on hand. Enjoy!

6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
6 pieces mozzarella string cheese
6 slices ham
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup seasoned dry bread crumb (Italian)
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
toothpick

Steps:

  • Cook on high heat for 10 -12 minutes. (can also use chicken tenders). Lay out the pounded chicken breasts on a clean surface. Place a slice of ham on each piece, then one stick of cheese. Roll the chicken up around the cheese and ham, and secure with toothpicks. Dip each roll in melted butter, then roll in bread crumbs. Place on wire rack (lowest). Cook until Outiside of chicken is is browned (crispy) and juices run clear.
  • Cook until chicken starts to become golden brown but not too dark! Remove lid asap. As it will keep cooking!

1/2 loaf country bread
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (about 1 1/2 ounces -freshly grated )
1 tablespoon sage (chopped fresh)
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3/4 lb skinless chicken legs (2 whole )
3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast half (2)

Steps:

  • Tear bread into pieces and in a food processor pulse until finely ground.
  • In a large bowl stir together 2 cups bread crumbs, Parmesan, sage, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Melt butter and stir in mustard and salt and pepper to taste.
  • With a sharp knife cut chicken thighs from legs.
  • Pat chicken dry and brush all over with butter mixture.
  • Roll chicken in bread-crumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere, and arrange chicken, without crowding, on 4" rack.
  • On level HI, bake chicken until cooked through and golden, 14 to 16 minutes.

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/4 cup 2% milk
2 tablespoons beaten egg
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (5 ounces each), cut into 1-inch strips
1/4 cup canola oil

Steps:

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first five ingredients. Place flour in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, whisk milk and egg. Coat chicken in flour, then dip in egg mixture. Place in bag; seal and shake to coat. , In a large skillet, cook chicken in oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink. Drain on paper towels.

1 package (15 ounces) dry bread crumbs
1 can (8 ounces) grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons garlic salt, divided
6 eggs
1/4 cup water
2-1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch strips
Oil for deep-fat frying

Steps:

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and 1 teaspoon garlic salt. In a shallow bowl, beat eggs, water and remaining garlic salt. Dip chicken strips into egg mixture, then shake to coat in crumb mixture., In an electric skillet or deep-fat fryer, heat 1 in. of oil to 375°. 4 jalapeno-cilantro tortillas
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups mexican cheese (shredded)
1 1/2 cups roasted deli chicken (shredded)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

Steps:

  • Brush 2 tortillas with oil.
  • Place tortillas, oil side down, on baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle each with 1/4 of cheese, half of chicken, half of cilantro, and 1/4 of cheese, leaving 3/4-inch border.
  • Top each with 1 tortilla, pressing to adhere; brush top with oil.
  • Bake quesadillas until filling is heated through and edges begin to crisp, about 2~3 minutes.

4 garlic cloves, minced
2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (5 ounces each)

2 slices white bread or 2 slices whole wheat bread
1 1/2 lbs ground meat
1 medium onion, minced
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 dash seasoning salt
1 (8 ounce) package ham or 1 (8 ounce) package salami
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
4 ounces favorite shredded cheese

Steps:

  • About 1 1/2 hours before preparing: Into medium bowl, tear bread into small pieces (You can also lightly toast in toaster or place in Nu-Wave for 2-4 minutes).
  • Add meat, onion and seasonings.
  • Mix well but do not over mix.
  • On waxed paper or saran wrap, pat meat mixture into 12X8 inch rectangle.
  • On meat rectangle, arrange sliced meat to cover meatloaf mixture; top with spinach and cheese.
  • Starting at narrow end, roll meat mixture, jellyroll fashion, lifting waxed paper to help shape roll.
  • Seal sides so cheese does not get out.
  • Place rolled loaf, seam side down, in meatloaf pan.
  • Bake on 1" rack for 45-50 minutes on power 6 or 30 minutes on high.
  • When meat starts to brown, cover loosely with a tent of foil to prevent over browning.

6 -8 chicken strips (Frozen)
2 eggs, slightly beaten and mixed with small amount of milk
1/2 cup cracker crumb (Crushed)
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs (seasoned)
1 dash pepper, and or 1 dash garlic powder

Steps:

  • Combine the cracker crumbs, bread crumbs and spices in a Ziploc bag. (add any spices you wish).
  • Dredge the frozen chicken strips in the egg/milk mixture and then drop into the ziploc with the cracker/spice mixture.
  • Shake well to coat the chicken strips.
  • Place chicken in a baking dish ( that will fit into the NuWave oven) that has been sprayed with Pam.
  • Set NuWave oven to cook for 9 minutes at power 9.
  • Turn chicken over and continue cooking for another 9 minutes.
  • The chicken will be very moist and tender, and it will also be browned to perfection!
  • Enjoy!
