Steps:

• Mix all ingredients together. Use on meats, salads, in soups, and to season hot vegetables.

BONNIE'S HOMEMADE TACO SEASONING MIX

Steps:

• Combine until mixed very well. Divide mixture into 6 evenly distributed portions, and place in the sandwich bags. Place the 6 sandwich bags into a jar with a tight fitting lid. Include the recipe!
• HOW TO USE THE MIX: Brown one pound of ground beef in a skillet. Drain the fat if any. Add one package of Taco Seasoning to the meat. Stir. Add 1/2 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of catsup. Simmer about ten minutes until water has evaporated.
• Fry your own taco shells (they always taste better!) You can use prepared taco shells, too. Start with spooning the meat into the shells, adding chopped onion, and cheese, topping with chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce. Serve with taco sauce, sour cream and guacamole and refried beans.

BONNIE'S HOMEMADE STUFFING SEASONING MIX

Steps:

• To use, mix 2 to 3 tablespoons Stuffing Seasoning with 2 quarts day-old bread crumbs, 1 beaten egg, salt and pepper, 1 small onion, chopped and browned in 1/4 cup butter. Add enough water or milk to moisten. Mix and pack in a container with a tight-fitting lid.

BONNIE'S HOMEMADE SPAGHETTI SEASONING MIX

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and blend well. Store in a cool, dry place. Keeps 6 months. Makes about 1/3 cup of mix (1 package)
• HOW TO MAKE SPAGHETTI SAUCE: Boil your pasta and drain, don't rinse. Brown one pound of lean ground beef in a medium skillet over medium high heat. Drain excess grease. Add three 8 ounce cans of tomato sauce, one 6 ounce can of tomato paste, 2 3/4 cups of tomato juice or water, and the seasoning mix. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
