One of our favorite restaurants in New Orleans is Bon Ton Cafe. This is their house salad dressing. This is an original recipe from Alzina Pierce of the Bon Ton Restaurant 401 Magazine Street , New Orleans, LA.

Number Of Ingredients 10

Ingredients

1 egg
3 Tbsp creole mustard
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
3 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp fresh minced garlic
4 Tbsp fresh finely grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp prepared horseradish
1/3 c dark vinegar
1 c good quality olive oli

Steps:

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. except olive oil. Whip until thoroughly mixed. Slowly pour in olive oil while whipping vigorously. Great on salad greens but may also be used as a marinade for meat, chicken, poultry, fish and tofu.
