BOBO'S CHICKEN & NOODLES
This is an easy recipe I created that has actually turned out to be a family favorite. Some of you might call it Chicken Noodle Soup; others might call it Chicken & Dumplings; we just call it yummy! From the kitchen of Tona Thornburg Court, Bridgeton MO.

Steps:
- Use an 8 quart stock pot.
- Put first 9 ingredients into stock pot. Mix well and bring to a rapid boil.
- Add frozen noodles and chicken; mix well; bring to boil once again.
- Reduce heat to low; simmer for 1 1/2 - 2 hours stirring about every 15 minutes. Cook until the noodles and carrots are al dente.
- Be sure to remove bay leaves before serving.

BOB EVANS CHICKEN & NOODLES (COPYCAT)
This is a WONDERFUL recipe that I have looked for over 7 years now! I finally got the recipe from Chef Betsy502, who has someone in her family that worked at Bob Evans, and then Impera Magna re-calculated all of the ingredients to make it a home-cooked meal for my family! YAY for the Chefs here on Zaar! This is so good! Such comfort food, I simply can't explain! ENJOY! (And thank you SO MUCH, Betsy502 and Impera Magna for helping me achieve my DREAM RECIPE!) :)

Steps:
- In a large stock pot, mix water, carrots, celery, onions, chicken bouillon, melted butter, pepper and chicken pieces.
- Bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add noodles and simmer on medium-low heat for an additional 10 minutes.

TERIYAKI CHICKEN NOODLES
We just polished off a whole pan of this stuff, it was delicious. I found this recipe in "The Mediterrasian Way", a cookbook that combines the best features of Mediterranean and Asian diets and lifestyles. I didn't see too much of the Mediterranean in this recipe though, it seems completely Asian to me. The chicken in this could be easily substituted with shrimp or scallop but adjust the cook time down to about 2 minutes for those. This was a delicious one-pan meal for us and once all the chopping is done, it's just a few minutes to cook. I made a few changes to the original recipe, according to how I prepared it.

Steps:
- Slice the chicken breast into bite size pieces.
- Mix together the water, soy sauce, mirin, and brown sugar in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat a large wok or large skillet over high heat, add 2 T. of the oil and cook the chicken, stirring, for about 5 minutes; remove the chicken and set aside.
- Meanwhile, cook the noodles in a pot of boiling water for 3 minutes (no more!), then drain under cold water and set aside.
- Scrape the woke or skillet clean; heat the remaining oil and add the carrots and bok choy and cook, stirring until softened, about 7 minutes.
- Add the cooked somen noodles and stir for about 1 minute; add the ginger, scallions and chicken and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add the soy sauce mixture and stir well to combine. While stirring constantly, add the cornstarch paste mixture. Cook until the sauce thickens and serve!

- Place chicken in the slow cooker; sprinkle with salt and pepper.Top with both cans of soup. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the chicken falls apart. Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred. Return chicken to the slow cooker, add the broth and the noodles. Mix well. Cover and cook on low setting for an additional 30 min or untill heated through.

- Simmer chicken until done & dice.
- Blend soup and milk.
- Add chicken,noodles and parsley.
- Spoon into a buttered and using 1/2 of crumbs sprinkled in 1 quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkle rest of crumbs on top.
- Bake at 375* for 25 minutes.
- Serves 4.
