BLUEBERRY ORANGE BREAD

- In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. In another bowl, combine egg, orange juice, water, butter and orange zest. Add to dry ingredients just until combined. Fold in the blueberries. Pour into a greased and floured 8x4-in. loaf pan. , Bake at 350° for 65-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pan to a wire rack.

- Dissolve yeast into 1/2 cup of warm milk. Once it turns foamy you know it's activated (about 4-5 minutes). If it doesn't turn foamy, your yeast is dead and you'll need to use another packet.
- Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface. The dough should be about 14x8" or 1/8" - 1/4" thick.
- Mix melted butter, orange juice, zest, powdered sugar, and milk together. Once it reaches your desired consistency, pour over the warm cinnamon rolls.

- In a large bowl whisk together butter, milk, sugar, egg, and salt. Add yeast and slowly combine.
- Add three cups of flour and stir to combine. Add the remaining flour. Attach bread hook and mix for 5 minutes. Add more flour if needed until the dough is soft and not sticky. Cover dough with plastic wrap and allow to double in size, about 1 1/2 hours.
- Once dough has double in size punch it down and roll out on a floured surface. Spread filling onto the dough with a bakers brush, top with blueberries and roll up.

- Prepare the Dough: Stir together yeast, warm water, and 1 teaspoon of the granulated sugar in a glass measuring cup; let stand 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, beat ½ cup softened butter with a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment on medium speed until creamy, about 1 minute. Gradually add remaining ½ cup sugar, beating until light and fluffy, about 1 minute. Add eggs, milk, and orange juice; beat until just blended, about 30 seconds. Beat in yeast mixture until combined.
- Stir together salt and 4 ½ cups of the bread flour. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, beating on low speed until well blended, about 1 ½ minutes.
- Heavily flour a work surface. Turn Dough out; knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes, adding up to ½ cup of the remaining bread flour as needed to prevent sticking. Place in a lightly greased (with cooking spray) large bowl, turning to grease top. Cover with plastic wrap. Let rise in a warm place, free from drafts, until doubled in bulk, 1 ½ to 2 hours.
