½ cup almond milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana (frozen)
½ cup Greek yogurt (or nondairy yogurt of choice)
2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy!

1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 large frozen banana, sliced
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, plain or vanilla
1 tablespoon hemp seeds or flax meal, optional

Steps:

  • Place the frozen banana, berries, acai powder or puree, optional seeds, and liquids into the blender cup.
  • Puree until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute, adding a little extra liquid as needed to help it move along and blend.
  • Pour into a serving glass and enjoy!
  • Serves 1

1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds, or to taste
1 tablespoon large coconut flakes, or to taste

Steps:

  • Combine acai, bananas, blueberries, almond milk, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth. Smoothie should have a thick consistency, like frozen yogurt.
  • Pour into 2 bowls and top with banana slices, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, and coconut.
