- In a medium bowl, whisk together Bloody Mary mix, juice, mustard, salt, hot sauce, pepper, and horseradish. Add oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking constantly until combined.
- In a medium bowl, combine crawfish, onion, okra, tomato, and celery with ¼ cup dressing. Place on a platter, and serve with additional dressing. Garnish with celery leaves and lemon zest, if desired.

- Heat oil, add flour and cook to deep brown, stirring constantly. Add onions and cook slowly about 3 or 4 minutes. Slowly add the 1-1/2 cups water. Allow this to simmer, uncovered, until reduced to 1/2 cup (about 30 or more minutes).
- Add crawfish tails and cook until they turn pink. Add the 2 cups water and bring to boil. Stir in the rice and all other ingredients. Cover, reduce heat and cook until rice is dry, about 30 minutes.

- Mix the vodka, Bloody Mary mix, picante sauce horseradish sauce, Worcestershire sauce and Salsa de Chile Habanero in a drink container and mix well. Pour over ice in 2 glasses. Serve with a celery stick. Sprinkle lightly with Creole Crab boil. Serves

- Using water, moisten rim of a highball glass. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon celery salt on a small plate; dip rim into salt. Discard remaining celery salt from plate. Fill a shaker three-fourths full with ice. Place remaining ice in prepared glass. , Add vodka, juices, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish if desired, pepper, remaining celery salt and pepper sauce to shaker; cover and shake until condensation forms on exterior, 10-15 seconds. - Cook and drain pasta. Combine seafood in bowl with Cajun seasoning. In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter, add seafood, onions and garlic. Cook about 4-5 minutes or until shrimp is pink. Reduce heat, add half and half, cream, basil, and Parmesan. Cook and stir until heated through and slightly thickened (about 5 minutes). Pour over pasta and serve with warm garlic bread.
