Steps:
- Stuff the cherries into the holes of the lychees, using a toothpick to keep them in place if necessary. Place each stuffed lychee on a sheet pan or in a freezer-safe casserole dish. Freeze for at least 8 hours and up to overnight.
- Mix the prosecco, vodka and cherry juice together in a large punch bowl. Taste and add the reserved lychee juice as needed for sweetness. Remove the toothpicks from the frozen lychees. Add the "eyeballs" to the punch and serve with a gummy worm draped over the rim of each glass, if desired.

BLOODY EYEBALLS (DRINK)
"The eyes have it" in this recipe. Start a day ahead by making the "eyeballs", then just combine the rest and you're ready to scare up some fun! This drink can be made non-alcoholic by skipping the vodka or tequila.

Steps:
- Prepare ice"eyeballs" the day before you plan on serving.
- Peel radishes, leaving thin streaks of red skin on to represent"blood vessels".
- Using tip of a vegetable peeler or a small knife, carefully scoop out a small hole in each radish, about the size of an olive.
- Stuff a green olive, pimiento side out, in each hole.
- Place 1 radish"eyeball" in each section of an empty ice cube tray.
- Trim radishes down to fit in trays, if necessary.
- Fill tray with water and freeze overnight.
- To make drink, fill a tall cocktail glass with 3 or 4 eyeball ice cubes, add ingredients in the order given and shake or stir.
- You can create a salt rim on the glasses by running a piece of lemon or lime around the rim then dipping it in a small dish of salt.

- Assemble the “eyeballs”. I find that you need two blueberries per lychee. I usually press a smaller blueberry down into the bottom of the lychee opening and then find a blueberry that is size appropriate to the lychee opening, which can vary. You want that blueberry, which you will be able to see, to fit snuggly. Assemble as many “eyeballs” as you want. Use two per serving, max. These eyeballs can be refrigerated in an airtight container overnight.
- Right before serving, set out your glasses of choice. For wine, fill each glass with 5 ounces/150 ml. For the mocktails, fill the glasses with ice, then pour over up to 250 ml (or about 1 cup) of cranberry juice and top off with water or sparkling water. Gently lower eyeballs into drinks. If you want to accentuate the bloody effect, place a small amount of the red gel coloring in a small bowl, loosen up slightly with water to a thick, flowable consistency and “paint” bloody trails here and there on the lychees. Serve immediately.
