Blackberry Liqueur Margarita Recipes
BLACKBERRY LIQUEUR MARGARITA
I usually like sweeter 'girly' drinks but enjoyed this one that's a little more potent than what I usually try. I would think that you could use any type of liqueur instead of blackberry. Maybe a midori, or creme de cacao. Try whatever you have on hand.

Steps:
- 1. Half fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- 2. Add tequila, blue curaçao, lime juice and blackberry liqueur and shake. Strain ingredients into a chilled cocktail or highball glass.

Steps:
- Combine the blackberries, 2/3 cup water, the tequila, sugar, orange liqueur and lime zest and juice in a blender. Blend until smooth and the sugar dissolves.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl or liquid measuring cup, pressing it through with a rubber spatula. Churn in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer?s instructions until thick and slushy.
- Pour into glasses and top each with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon mezcal. Garnish with blackberries.
