These bite sized pepperoni pizzas are way better than any you'll buy in the store.

Number Of Ingredients 7

Ingredients

- butter
8 - green pepper rings
1/2 cup(s) onion, finely chopped
4 - english muffins
8 ounce(s) pizza sauce
16 slice(s) pepperoni, cut in half
1 cup(s) mozzarella cheese, shredded

Steps:

Saute onions and peppers in butter.
Split the muffins in half and toast them in the toaster.
Spread the pizza sauce on both halves of the muffins.
Cut each muffin half into four pieces.
Top each piece of muffin with onion/pepper mix, then a piece of pepperoni.
Place some cheese on each piece.
Place pieces on a sheet tray.
Cook in 400 degree oven until cheese melts.

Ingredients

1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup pepperoni (chopped)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
2 packages refrigerated biscuits
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Steps:

For filling; combine cheeses (1/2 of the parmesan), pepperoni and sauce, set aside.
Separate the biscuits.
Flatten to 3" circles.
Place one rounded tablespoon of filling in the center of each biscuit.
bring edges of dough together, pinch edges of dough to seal.
Place, seam side down on greased baking sheet, brush with milk.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake in a 350° preheated oven for 12- 15 minutes or until golden brown.
