BISQUICK TUNA PIE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°F Grease a 10" pie plate, Layer tuna, celery, cheese and onions into plate.
• Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender. Pour into pie plate.
• Bake till golden brown or knife inserted in centre comes out clean (about 40 minutes).
• Cool 5 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.

BISQUICK IMPOSSIBLE TUNA PIE

Steps:

• Heat oven to 400℉ (200℃). Grease 10x1½ inch pie plate. Mix tuna, cheeses, onions and pimiento in plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with sliced tomatoes.

BISQUICK IMPOSSIBLE TUNA MELT PIE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
• Grease baking dish.
• Cook and stir onions and butter in skillet over low heat until onions are light brown. Sprinkle tuna, 1 cup of the cheese and the onions in baking dish.
• Beat eggs, milk, baking mix, salt and pepper until well blended.
• Pour into baking dish.
• Bake 25 minutes. Top with remaining cheese to within 1 inch from edge. Bake 5 to 8 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. The pie can be done even though some melted cheese adheres to knife.
