BETTER THAN SEX BRISKET RECIPE - YUMMLY RECIPE - (3.8/5)

Steps:

• Meat: removed fat cap/very fatty areas and score the meat on both sides so it can absorb more rub. Rub the beef base into the brisket on all sides. Combine the rub ingredients and generously "rub" into the meat. Cover and refrigerate over night. Prepare your smoker to 225 degrees. If using a grill, you will need to prepare for indirect heat by creating a direct/indirect zone. I used a combination of apple wood and hickory- 1 part hickory and 2 parts apple. Once your grill is at temp, add the wood. Put your brisket on the smoker and let smoke for 5 hours or until the internal temp reaches 170 degrees. Next, you are going to do the "Texas Crutch"- or wrap it in foil. Roll out a bunch of foil and double it up so that you can fold the brisket into a foil "packet". Remove the brisket, put it on the foil and pour on the wrap liquid. Seal up the foil packet and put it back on the grill. Let the brisket steam in the packet for another 2 hours. Cook the brisket in the foil for 2 hours, OR, once the internal temp has 190 degrees. I recommend using the Thermapen to check internal temps as a full-proof method for measuring temperature. Remove the brisket/foil and put the brisket back on the smoker/grill. Add the glaze and let the meat continue to cook for 30 minutes to absorb the sauce and get a nice glaze. Once you pull the brisket off, "tent" it in foil for 30 minutes. Slice against the grain in 1/4" slices. Experience Brisket Ecstasy. Steps:

• Preheat oven 350.
• Mix flour, pecans, and butter well.
• Press flour mixture into bottom of 13X9 pan. (It helps to wet hands repeatedly during this process).
• Bake flour mixture for 10 minutes. Let cool.
• Mix cream cheese, cool whip, and 2 T milk to smooth. Set aside.
• Mix chocolate pudding with 2 C cold milk. Set aside.
• Mix butterscotch pudding with 2 C cold milk.
• Layer butterscotch pudding, 1/2 cream cheese mixture, and chocolate pudding on top of cooled flour/pecan crust.
• Top with remaining 1/2 cream cheese mixture.
• Last, add chopped pecans and chocolate bar shavings.
• Refrigerate for 2 hours.
• Cut into squares to serve.

BETTER THAN SEX AKA TEXAS DESSERT

Steps:

• Mix together in processor the flour, chopped pecans and butter.
• Spread into 9x13 pan and bake 15 minutes at 350º.
• Let cool completely.
• In medium bowl mix together cream cheese, powdered suar and cool whip.
• Mix well; spread over cool crust.
• Prepare Vanilla Pudding using only 1-3/4 cup milk.
• Spread over cream cheese layer.
• Prepare Chocolate Pudding using only 1-3/4 cup milk.
• Spread over Vanilla Pudding layer.
• Top with remaining cool whip.
• Grate Hersheys Chocolate Bar over the top (I like to mix the Dark Chocolate& Milk Chocolate).
• Sprinkle with Chopped Pecans if desired.
• Cover.
• Chill overnight.

BETTER THAN SEX

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 13x9x2 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
• In a medium size bowl, mix flour walnuta nd butter. Pat into prepared baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.
• In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in 1/4 of the whipped cream. Spread over cooled crust.
• Prepare puddings according to directions on the box. Spread devil's food pudding over cream cheese layer and top with 1/4 whipped cream. Layer remaining pudding on to of that, and spread reaminig whipped cream on top. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate shavings. Chill at least 2 hours or overnight.

BETTER THAN SEX CAKE II

Steps:

• Bake cake according to package directions for a 9x13 inch pan; cool on wire rack for 5 minutes. Make slits across the top of the cake, making sure not to go through to the bottom.
• In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and caramel topping, stirring until smooth and blended. Slowly pour the warm topping mixture over the top of the warm cake, letting it sink into the slits; then sprinkle the crushed chocolate toffee bars liberally across the entire cake while still warm. (Hint: I crush my candy bars into small chunks as opposed to crumbs - I like to have pieces I can chew on!)
• Let cake cool completely, then top with whipped topping. Decorate the top of the cake with some more chocolate toffee bar chunks and swirls of caramel topping. Refrigerate and serve right from the pan!

BETTER THAN SEX CAKE

Steps:

• Pre-heat oven to 350.
• Make and bake cake as directed on package in a 9 x 13 pan.
• Poke top of warm cake every 1/2" with handle of wooden spoon.
• Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over cake and let stand until milk has absorbed into cake.
• Drizzle with caramel or butterscotch topping.
• Run knife around sides of pan to loosen cake.
• Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until cake has chilled.
• Spread cool whip over top of cake.
• Sprinkle with toffee chips.
• Store cake covered, in the refrigerator.

BETTER THAN SEX IN A PAN

Steps:

• 1. To prepare the base, combine flour, butter, sugar and nuts.
• 2. Mix until crumbly. Press into greased 10" spring form pan or square pan.
• Bake at 350*F. for 15 minutes. Let cool.
• 3. In the meantime, prepare the cream cheese filling by beating the cream cheese with the icing/power sugar. Fold in 1 cup of cool whip until well blended. Spread over the cooled crust. Refrigerate while making the topping.
• 4. To prepare the pudding mix topping, add the milk to the instant pudding mix following the directions on the package. Let cool. Top with remaining cool whip. Garnish with coconut, chopped nuts, shaved chocolate or marashino cherries, strawberries. Refrigerate before serving.
• *Note: Whatever name you call it whatever pudding flavor you use (I use Vanilla and Chocolate.)it is awesome! You can also freeze it for those who like frozen desserts and I put a layer of thinly sliced bananas on top of the cookie bottom before the fillngs! YUMl -- to answer "what icing sugar is". it is in nothern american stores called icing sugar in the sugar aisle and usually in a clear plastic bag now. and it is just powdered sugar that most people use to make icing for cakes or add to their shortbread Xmas cookie recipe.

BETTER THAN SEX APPETIZER SANDWICHES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Do not separate the rolls, just slice them all at once with a long serrated knife. Place both packages of bottoms on a sheet pan. Cover the bottoms with the sliced ham and Swiss and put the tops back on. Cut around the individual sandwiches.
• Melt the butter and combine with the next four ingredients. Pour over the sandwiches. Bake for 15 minutes or until browned.
