- Unroll crescent roll dough and place in a 15x10x1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Press onto the bottom and 1 in. up the sides of pan to form a crust; seal seams and perforations. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes or until golden. Cool completely., In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the preserves and confectioners' sugar; spread over crust. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. , Just before serving, arrange berries on top. Cut into 20 pieces.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place tortillas on a baking sheet and top each with a tablespoon of jam, spreading it almost to the edge. Bake until tortilla is crisp, about 10 minutes. Remove and cool to room temperature.
- Spoon 1/4 cup of ricotta over each tortilla, spreading it almost to the edge. Divide the berries among the tortillas, making alternating rows of raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and blueberries. Brush tops with remaining jam. Serve immediately, cutting into wedges like a pizza.

- Prepare brownie batter according to package directions; spread onto a greased 12-in. pizza pan. , Bake at 350° until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out almost clean, 18-22 minutes. - Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a 9-inch pie plate with 1 of the pie crusts.
- Combine berries, sugar, cornstarch, liqueur, and lemon juice in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally as berries thaw and the mixture thickens, 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat when it reaches the consistency of a runny jam or a sundae fruit topping.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust. Moisten the edge of the crust with cold water, top with the second crust, and seal by pinching. Poke at least 3 holes in the top crust.
- Whip half-and-half and egg yolk together in a bowl with a fork. Brush over pie crust. Place pie on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until crust is golden, 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool so filling becomes solid, about 1 hour.

- In a large bowl using a hand-held mixer or stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream the softened butter for about 1 minute on medium speed. Get it nice and smooth, then add the sugar and beat on medium speed until fluffy and light in color. Beat in egg and vanilla. Scrape down the sides as needed.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cornstarch together. With the mixer running on low speed, slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Once completely combined, cover the dough tightly and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and up to 1 day. Without chilling, your cookie dough may spread over the sides of the pan.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan. Remove chilled cookie dough from the refrigerator and press onto the pizza pan in an even flat circle, as pictured above. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the edges are very lightly browned. Overbaking will lend a hard crust. Allow crust to cool completely before decorating. I put the crust in the refrigerator after 10 minutes of cooling at room temperature – this sped up the process.
