1 box (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
1 cup orange juice
1 cup frozen (thawed) fat-free whipped topping
1 pouch Nature Valley™ crunchy granola bars (2 bars), crushed
1 can (15 oz) mandarin orange segments, drained

Steps:

  • In medium bowl, beat pudding mix and orange juice with wire whisk 2 minutes. Refrigerate 5 minutes. Fold in whipped topping.
  • Into 4 dessert dishes, divide pudding mixture. Top with crushed granola bars and orange segments.

1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 package cranberry Jell-O gelatin (8 serving size)
1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can dole mandarin oranges, drained
1 1/2 cups honey maid graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar, divided
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
2 tablespoons milk
2 (8 ounce) containers Cool Whip Topping, thawed,divided

Steps:

  • STIR boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  • Stir in cranberry sauce until melted.
  • Stir in cold water.
  • Refrigerate about 1 1/4 hours or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten eggs whites).
  • Gently stir in mandarin oranges.
  • MEANWHILE stir crumbs, 1/4 cup of the sugar and butter in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  • Firmly press firmly onto bottom.
  • Refrigerate until ready to fill.
  • BEAT cream cheese, remaining 1/4 cup sugar and milk in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth.
  • Gently stir in 1 tub of the whipped topping.
  • Spread evenly over crust.
  • Spoon gelatin mixture over cream cheese layer.
  • REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until firm.
  • Just before serving spread or dollop with remaining tub whipped topping.
  • Helpful Hints: Soften cream cheese in microwave on High 15 to 20 seconds.

1-1/2 cups cold 2% milk
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup thawed orange juice concentrate
2 cans (11 ounces each) mandarin oranges, drained
1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can (15 ounces) sliced peaches in extra-light syrup, drained
2 large red apples, chopped

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, whisk milk and dry pudding mix 2 minutes. Stir in sour cream and orange juice concentrate. Gently stir in fruit. Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hour before serving.

1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg, room temperature
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups vanilla or white chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in egg and orange zest. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in vanilla chips., Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake until golden brown, 10-12 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool.

1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Cranberry Flavor Gelatin
1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
1-1/2 cups cold water
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar, divided
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 tub (12 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add cranberry sauce; stir until melted. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate 1-1/4 hours or until slightly thickened.
  • Meanwhile, mix graham crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar in large bowl with whisk until blended. Gently stir in 3 cups COOL WHIP; spread over crust. Stir oranges into gelatin mixture; pour over cream cheese layer.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Serve topped with remaining COOL WHIP.
