- 2. Drain meat.
- 3. Add salsa and water.
- 4. Bringing to a boil.
- 5. Stir in macaroni.
- 6. Reduce heat; cover.
- 7. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, or until macaroni is tender.
- 8. Stir in Velveeta until melted.
