Steps:
- In a skillet, brown ground beef;drain.
- Stir in the spaghetti sauce; cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.
- Press biscuits onto bottom and up sides of greased muffin tin.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons full meat mixture into center of each cup.
- Bake at 375 for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and bake another 3 minutes until melted.
- Variations: I have used ground sausage and pizza sauce, then before you place sausage into biscuits place a piece of pepperoni at the bottom, then place the sausage mixture on top and bake, kids love it!

BEEF BISCUIT CUPS
These have reached comfort food status in my house. Very easy to make, spices can be added to personal taste, same with types of cheese, sauce, etc. This can easily be adjusted to a lower fat version by adjusting the ground beef fat content, biscuits and cheese. I am sure there are lots of these recipes or similar variations floating around the Zaar.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Brown ground beef, drain, add spaghetti sauce and seasoning.
- Cook over medium heat about 5-10 minutes or until heated through.
- Press biscuits into the bottom and up the sides of greased muffin cups.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons (+) meat mixture into the center of each cup.
- Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with cheese, bake 3 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
BEEFY BISCUIT CUPS
A recipe passed to me from my sister. It easy to grab and eat these on the run or for a sit down meal. They are great tasting and not too complicated.

- 1. Mix together meat and sauce.
- 2. Press biscuits into bottom and up the sides of the muffin tin.
- 3. Fill centers with meat mix, about 2 tablespoons.
- 4. Sprinkle the tops with cheese.
- 5. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 - 20 minutes or until biscuits are done and cheese is melted.
- 6. Serve and enjoy. I usually serve these with salad.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 16 nonstick muffin cups (2 3/4x1 1/4-inch) with cooking spray; set aside. Reserve 16 cheese quarters for topping biscuits; refrigerate.
- In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Decrease heat to low; add 1/2 cup of the bacon and remaining cheese quarters. Cook and stir until cheese is melted.
- Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Carefully separate each biscuit into 2 thin rounds to make 16 total rounds. Firmly press 1 biscuit round in bottom and up side of each muffin cup, forming 1/4-inch rim.
- Spoon beef mixture evenly into biscuit cups. Brush water on edges of biscuit cups. Sprinkle edges with sesame seed.
