4 ounces onion powder
3 ounces salt
2 ounces ground cumin
2 ounces garlic powder
2 ounces cayenne powder

4 ounces roasted garlic

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

  • Pour the rub over the brisket and rub it on, until every part of the brisket is coated. Store any leftover brisket rub in an airtight container such as a jar.

1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Mix paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, chile powder, cumin, coriander, oregano, and cayenne pepper together in a bowl until well blended.
