The perfect make-ahead cocktail for any occasion! Takes literally just 5 min! Let chill and serve with sparkling wine. That's it!

1 bottle dry white wine
1/4 cup peach schnapps
3 peaches, sliced
1 cup raspberries
1 (750mL) bottle sparkling white wine*
8 sprigs mint

Steps:

  • In a large pitcher, whisk together white wine, peach schnapps, peaches and raspberries. Let chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve over ice with sparkling white wine, garnished with mint, if desired.

1 cup peach nectar
1/2 cup amaretto
1 bottle (1 liter) ginger ale (4 cups)
1 bottle (750 ml) white Zinfandel wine
2 fresh peaches, pitted, cut into thin wedges
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 handful fresh basil leaves, torn

Steps:

  • In punch bowl or very large pitcher, mix nectar, amaretto, ginger ale and wine. Add peaches, raspberries and basil. Refrigerate until serving time. Serve cold.

¾ cup white sugar
1 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
3 ½ cups peach nectar
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 (750 milliliter) bottle white wine such as Pinot Grigio

Steps:

  • In a saucepan, combine the sugar, basil leaves, half of the peach nectar and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer, crushing the basil leaves with the back of a spoon to release their flavor. Simmer just long enough to melt the sugar, then remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  • Strain the basil mixture into a pitcher filled with ice cubes. Pour in wine and remaining peach nectar. Stir briefly and serve.

4 ripe peaches, pitted, peeled if desired, each sliced into 8 wedges
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon fresh basil (3 to 4 leaves, torn if large)
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
2 ounces chopped almonds (1/3 cup)
1/3 cup packed light-brown sugar
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) cold unsalted butter, cut into 6 pieces
Heavy cream, for serving (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Make the filling: Mix all ingredients to combine.
  • Make the topping: Combine all ingredients (except cream), rubbing in butter with your fingers until mixture is crumbly.
  • Divide filling among four 5 1/2-inch round baking dishes, and sprinkle with topping. Transfer to a baking sheet. Bake until bubbling and golden brown, 25 to 27 minutes. Let cool slightly. Drizzle with heavy cream if desired.

4 cups ice cubes, or as desired

Steps:

  • Stir red wine, raspberry-flavored soda water, peach schnapps, pomegranate juice, and lemon juice together in a large pitcher or punch bowl; add raspberries, peach slices, lemon slices, and orange slices. Float ice cubes in the beverage to chill.
