BANANA & STRAWBERRY POPSICLE RECIPE
It is just too hot to bake up a banana bread, so when you have bananas that are starting to turn brown whip up a batch of these Banana & Strawberry Popsicles. This is a classic fruit combination and one of my kids favorites. And, because this is a 100% fruit recipe with no added sugar I don't feel bad about letting my kids have a popsicle for breakfast! Yes, I let my kids eat these popsicles first thing in the morning. Score mommy points!

STRAWBERRY POPSICLE
Everyone loves them in our family and the only thing better than this is the sour cherry version. Easy and fast to put together .Freeze it to get a popsicle or when it's half frozen, drink it with a straw. I'm not sure how many it makes, it depends on the size or the popsicle moulds. The amount of sugar and lime can be increased or decreased.

- Place yogurt, milk, and sugar/honey in a blender and process until combined (I like to start with 1 tablespoon of sugar and add more as needed). Add strawberries and banana and process until smooth.
- Divide mixture between molds (using a pitcher makes this easier) and snap on the lid or popsicle stick. Place molds in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
- For easy removal, place the mold inside a container filled with warm water, wait a few seconds, then pull out gently by gripping the handle.

- Blend all of the ingredients together on high speed until smooth – about 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed as you go.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. If your popsicle mold has slots for sticks, you can insert them before freezing – if not, freeze for 2 hours, then put a wooden popsicle stick in the middle (that is what I did). Continue to freeze for an additional 6 hours or overnight – overnight is recommended for easy removal.
