Here is a blend that is so "ono!" That means delicious! And easy to make.

Number Of Ingredients 8

Ingredients

1 1/2 c bananas, sliced
1 1/4 c guava nectar
1/2 c sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt - optional
3 Tbsp cornstarch
3 Tbsp cold water
pie crust

Steps:

1. Combine guava nectar, lemon juice, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat.
2. in a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water into a smooth paste then stir into guava nectar mixture.
3. Stir till it thickens and clears, then remove from heat and let cool.
4. Combine cooled mixture with bananas and pour into pie crust. Refrigerate.
5. Serve with dollop of Cool Whip.
