- Add 3/4 cup all-purpose flour and stir just until it resembles coarse crumbs. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda. Stir into the butter mixture.
- Combine eggs, mashed banana, milk, and vanilla extract. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until well mixed.
- Spread in the prepared baking pan.
- Sprinkle with the reserved 1/2 cup crumb mixture.
- Bake at 375F for 25 to 30 minutes. Allow it to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before removing it from the pan.

- Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease and flour a 9x13 baking pan. Set aside.
- Combine butter and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer (or in a large bowl and use an electric mixer). Beat until well-combined, then stir in mashed bananas.
- Add eggs, stirring well after each addition, and then add sour cream and vanilla extract and stir well.
- In a separate, medium-sized bowl, whisk together your flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to wet, stirring until completely combined (be sure to scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl). I prefer to do this with a spatula to avoid over-mixing the batter.
- Pour batter evenly into prepared 9x13 pan. Prepare Streusel.

Combine the walnuts, cinnamon and remaining sugar., Spoon half of batter into a greased 6-cup fluted tube pan. Sprinkle with nut mixture; top with remaining batter. Bake at 350° for 32-38 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
