SHRIMP FETTUCCINE ALFREDO
This is a very simple recipe and it tastes divine! My sister and I were trying to come up with the perfect Alfredo recipe and we found it.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- In a large skillet, cook and stir shrimp and garlic in the butter for about one minute. Pour in half and half; stir. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese in one tablespoon at a time, stirring constantly. After all Parmesan is added, mix in parsley and salt. Stir frequently making sure it does not boil. Sauce will take a while to thicken.
- When sauce has thickened, combine with cooked pasta noodles; serve hot.

- Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute shrimp in butter for 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. - Begin preparing fettuccine according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, melt butter. Add onions and saute until clear over medium heat. Clear a small spot in the middle of the pan and add garlic, cooking it until aromatic (about 30 seconds). Add flour and mix well. Add wine, mixing thoroughly, then add shrimp. Cook shrimp until almost translucent, then add half & half and cheese. Melt cheese, stirring frequently. Do not allow sauce to become too thick. Add Old Bay seasoning to taste. Place cooked, drained fettuccine in 13x9 baking dish. Pour shrimp and cheese sauce over fettuccine, mixing gently by lifting pasta to allow sauce to cover it completely. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Top with grated Parmesan cheese, as desired. Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning before serving.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Cook vermicelli according to package directions. , Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute green pepper and onions in butter until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Gradually stir in flour until blended. - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain.
- Heat 1 tablespoon butter and vegetable oil large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add shrimp, 2 tablespoons parsley, and dill. Cook and stir, flipping shrimp halfway, until pink, 3 to 4 minutes. Move shrimp to a plate and set aside.
- Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons butter in the skillet, stirring into the shrimp juices. Add flour; whisk until fully combined and starting to turn golden, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add chicken broth and milk in that order; whisk to combine. Stir in tomatoes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Bring sauce to a simmer.
- Stir 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and Romano cheese into the sauce until cheeses begin to melt and sauce is creamy. Add 1 tablespoon mozzarella cheese. Mix in about 1/2 the cooked penne to start; add more if there is enough sauce to coat. Add the shrimp and stir to combine. Top with the remaining parsley, Parmesan, and mozzarella.
