- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Prep Dredge: In a shallow plate, combine the ranch dressing mix with the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. Place the mayo in another shallow plate.
- Coat Chicken: Dredge the chicken breasts first through mayo on both sides, then through the breadcrumb mixture. Place into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake: Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes or until a thermometer reads 165°F when inserted into the thickest part of the chicken breast.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease baking sheet with vegetable oil.
- Put bread crumbs and ranch dressing into separate bowls.
- Dip chicken into ranch dressing and press into bread crumbs to coat. Gently toss between your hands so any bread crumbs that haven't stuck can fall away. Arrange onto prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Place chicken breasts into a Glad® sandwich bag and pound until they are 3/4 of an inch thick (optional).

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9x13 inch baking pan or casserole dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
- Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, olive oil, and ranch seasoning to a medium bowl and stir to combine.
- Stir in ¾ of the bacon, ¾ of the cheddar cheese, ¾ of the mozzarella cheese and all the onion then set aside.
- Place one of the chicken breasts onto a plate and cut deep holes into it using a knife then spread the ranch mixture onto the chicken and push some of it into the holes.
- Place the chicken breast into the baking pan and repeat the process with the remaining chicken breasts and ranch mix.
- Sprinkle on the remaining cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and bacon then loosely cover the pan with part aluminum foil.
- Bake for 20 minutes then remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese starts to bubble around the edges and turn a light golden color.
- Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before serving with freshly chopped chives and additional bacon for garnish if desired.

- Melt about 3 T. butter, dip chicken in butter to coat, dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
- Place in greased 9x13 pan, cut remaining butter and distribute evenly over chicken breasts.
- Bake at 375 for 30-45 minutes
- *Note, I don't put that much butter on top and it still tastes great*.
