Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees; Cook pasta according to package directions for 7 minutes, drain.
- In a large bowl, stir together spaghetti sauce and water, stir in pasta; In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese and milk until smooth, stir in spinach, Parmesan cheese and nutmeg.
- Spoon 1/2 of the pasta mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish; Spread cream cheese mixture over pasta; spoon remaining pasta mixture on top; Cover with release foil, bake 30 minutes; remove foil, sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese; bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

- Preheat oven to 350*.
- In a large skillet,combine sausage,pepper and onion,cook until browned.
- Stir in sauce and water.
- Bring to a boil,then simmer about 5 minutes.
- Put 1/2 cup of the sauce in a 9x12 baking dish.
- Top with half the pasta and 2 cups mozzarella cheese.
- Add remaining 3 cups sauce,remaining pasta and cheese.
- Bake 30 minutes,or until done.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook mostaccioli in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain.
- Meanwhile, heat a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef until browned and crumbly, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from the heat. Drain and discard grease. Add spaghetti sauce to the pan and mix with the beef.
- Transfer beef mixture to the prepared baking dish. Spread evenly over the bottom and layer cooked pasta over top. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Cover with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake until cheese is melted and lightly browned, about 10 more minutes.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano and garlic.
- Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Reserve 1/2 cup of the tomato mixture. Add remaining tomato mixture to pasta along with the ricotta, spinach and 1/2 cup shredded cheese; mix lightly.
- Spoon pasta mixture into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with reserved tomato mixture and remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake 25 to 30 min. or until heated through.
