BAKED HAWAIIAN SANDWICHES
These sandwiches are quick, easy, and always a hit. They can be served at receptions, baby showers, Bible studies, or tailgate parties! I have made large quantities and they have always turned out. Sandwiches can be made up in advance and stored in refrigerator until ready to bake. Try them and enjoy!

- Place a rack into lower half of oven and preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Arrange bottom halves of Hawaiian rolls on a baking sheet. Place a half slice each of ham, Swiss cheese, smoked turkey, and provolone cheese onto each roll bottom. Place top halves onto each bottom to make sandwiches.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat and stir in sugar, dried onion flakes, poppy seeds, and honey mustard until mixture is smoothly combined, creamy, and the sugar has dissolved, about 2 minutes; brush over the tops of each sandwich.
- Bake sandwiches on the preheated oven's lower rack until tops are golden brown and fillings are hot, about 15 minutes.

- Place two slices of bread in a greased 11x7-in. baking dish or two individual baking dishes. Top each with a slice of ham and cheese; top with remaining bread. , In a small bowl, beat the eggs, milk, mustard and parsley. Pour over sandwiches. - Preheat the oven to 425˚ F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine the butter and mustard in a bowl and mash with a spoon; season with salt and pepper.
- Trim the ends off the baguette. Cut the bread on an angle into 12 slices, leaving the bottom of the loaf intact. (You can position chopsticks along the long sides of the bread to keep from cutting all the way through the loaf.) Transfer to the baking sheet.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut aluminum foil into pieces large enough to hold each sandwich.
- Whisk or beat the butter with the mayonnaise, mustard, onion powder and poppy seeds.
- Spread sauce on both sides of each bun, if desired, sauce quantity may be doubled, and more can be used, although not all of it will be required.
