Steps:
- Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with melted butter. Spread any remaining melted butter over bottom of dish.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over melted butter.
- Arrange bread in two layers over brown sugar mixture.
- Beat eggs, milk, and salt in a bowl; pour over bread.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes.

Steps:
- Whisk eggs, cinnamon, vanilla and milk together in medium-large bowl to create egg wash.
- Crush graham crackers into crumbs.
- Dunk bread in egg wash then cover in crumbs until evenly coated.
- Melt butter in a skillet on medium-low heat and cook bread for 2-3 minutes or until crumbs are crispy and bread is more solid.
- Once you flip them over once spread fluff on one slice and melted chocolate on the other.
- Press slices together and stack.
- Garnish with mini marshmallows, mini chocolate chips (optional) and chocolate syrup.
- Enjoy!

- In a wide shallow bowl, whisk eggs and milk until blended. Place graham cracker crumbs in another wide shallow bowl., Grease a griddle with butter; heat over medium heat. Dip both sides of bread in egg mixture, then in crumbs, patting to help coating adhere. Place bread on griddle; toast 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Sprinkle chocolate chips and marshmallows over each of 4 toast slices; top with remaining toast. If desired, serve with chocolate syrup.

Steps:
- Grease a 9 inch square baking pan. Place the graham crackers in 2 even layers (9 squares each layer) in the prepared pan.
- In a mixing bowl beat the eggs, milk and vanilla extract together with a wire whisk until well blended.
- Pour the mixture over the graham crackers. Cover pan and refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Bake the graham cracker mixture 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of French toast comes out clean.
- Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with powdered sugar and sliced strawberries.
