HEALTHY MOIST BANANA BREAD
This no-fail recipe makes the best moist and tastiest banana bread you will find! It contains no sugar or butter!

Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 325F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs, oil, honey, milk and vanilla for 2 minutes. Stir in the bananas, flour mixture and chocolate chips (or any other add ins of choice.
- Pour batter into greased pan, sprinkle with some more cinnamon, raw sugar, or banana slices (optional) Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes, slice and enjoy!

- Slice the bananas in half and put in an oven proof dish.
- Drizzle the honey over them and sprinkle the cinnamon on top.
- Put in a preheated oven at 200°C/390°F/Gas6 for 15 minutes.

- Preparations: Pre-heat oven to 350F (175C). Lightly grease a 9x5 in (27x10cm) loaf tin with cooking spray or oil. You can also use parchment paper if you want to.
- Mix the dry ingredients together: flours, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt, in a medium bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients: Mash the bananas. In a large bowl, mix eggs and honey together, then add in bananas, greek yoghurt, milk and vanilla. Mix until combined.
- Mix dry into wet: Working in batches, fold in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, until just incorporated. Try not to overmix!
