3 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream Red Velvet flavor
1 1/2 oz. white vodka
Red-colored sugar
Whipped topping

Steps:

Add the vodka and Bailey's Irish Cream top a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake the contents vigorously until fully chilled.
Strain into tall cocktail glasses.
Top with red granulated sugar and whipped cream.

Steps:

Blend all ingredients together and serve over crushed ice in a parfait glass.
Garnish with a raspberry.

A few years ago, I saw this recipe in a magazine just before we left for vacation. As soon as we reached our destination, I went to the supermarket and purchased the ingredients. We drank these every day of vacation. That was the best vacation ever!

1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 lb butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
irish cream Hershey chocolate kiss

Steps:

Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
Mix together.
Roll dough into balls and bake for 8 minutes.
Remove from the oven and press a Hershey kiss into the center of each cookie.
