Steps:
- 1. Spray each sheet of foil with cooking spray. Top each piece with equal portions of potatoes, bacon, and ranch dressing mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to each serving. Wrap securely.
- 2. Grill for 20 to 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve in foil, topped with sour cream if desired.
BUNYAN'S BACON & ONION FOIL PACKET POTATOES
These guys can go on your grill and they are delish! DON'T add any salt! The onion soup mix is salty and so is the bacon, then if you throw in the cheese, you gotta salt bomb!

- 1. Spray each sheet of foil with Pam.
- 2. Top each piece with equal portions of potatoes, bacon, 1/4 packet onion soup mix and mix it up
- 3. Add pepper to taste
- 4. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to each serving
- 5. Put the rosemary sprig on top of the butter
- 6. Wrap them up tight
- 7. Grill for 20 to 30 minutes.
- 8. Or you can bake it in the oven, at 350° for about 35 minutes or till done (they're better grilled IMHO!)
- 9. Let stand 10 minutes before serving
- 10. Serve in foil, topped with sour cream or cheese or both if you want

In a large bowl, toss potatoes with sausage, bacon, onion, parsley, salts and pepper. , Divide mixture among eight 18x12-in. pieces of heavy-duty nonstick foil, placing food on dull side of foil. Fold foil around potato mixture, sealing tightly. , Place packets over campfire or grill; cook 15 minutes on each side or until potatoes are tender. Open packets carefully to allow steam to escape. If desired, sprinkle with additional parsley.
