What a tasty cheese ball! Can't wait to serve this one the next time I have my girlfriends over. The combination of cheeses and bacon adds great flavor. I loved the crunch that the nuts added. Yummy!!

- 1. Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well, shape into a log.
- 2. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Combine pecans and parsley; Roll log into pecan mixture. Chill and serve.

Serve with toasted bread crusts or crackers. May be made ahead, wrapped well and frozen -to be used at a later date. Defrost day before in refrigerator.
