MOJITO
Real mojitos are made with BACARDÍ. Muddle some mint and lime, then throw in BACARDÍ Superior Rum and club soda for a refreshing Cuban classic.

Steps:
- Take the lime wedges and squeeze them in the glass. Gently press together the limes and sugar.
- Add mint to glass, and press with barspoon to release oil.
- Next, half fill the glass with crushed ice, add the BACARDÍ Superior rum & stir.
- Top with crushed ice, a sprig of mint and club soda.

Steps:
- Squeeze lime wedges into a collins glass. Gently press together the limes & sugar.
- Bruise mint leaves by clapping them between your palms, rub them on the rim of the glass and drop into the glass.
- Half fill the glass with ice and add Bacardi rum and stir.
- Top with soda water and garnish with sprig of mint.

- In a tall glass, muddle or mash together the mint leaves and lime. Add the simple syrup or sugar and fill the glass with ice. Add the rum and top with club soda, stir well. Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
MOJITOS BY THE PITCHER
I have served this to people who have sworn that they dislike mojitos and they love it. I believe it is the fresh ingredients and the use of sugar, instead of simple syrup, muddled together that makes this cocktail refreshing and delicious. It takes a little bit of work but the results are well worth it. Serve over ice.
