EASY FRUIT COBBLER
This fruit cobbler, similar to a dump cake, is an easy and popular dessert. Use your favorite fruit in this easy cobbler recipe.

Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Heat oven to 350 F. Add butter to an 8-inch square baking dish or a 9-inch round baking dish and place in the oven to melt.
- Combine sugar, flour, baking powder , salt, and milk in a large bowl. Mix until well blended.
- Remove baking dish from oven once butter has melted. Pour batter over butter.
- Pour pie filling over top of batter.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until crust is golden brown around the edges. It might look buttery on top, but the butter will sink into cake as it cools a bit.

EASY ANY PIE FILLING COBBLER
This cobbler is so easy to make. It can be made with any flavor pie filling. I make this when hubby wants a "nice" desert and I don't feel like "making" one.

Steps:
- Melt butter or margarine in 9 x 9 baking dish.
- Mix sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add milk and mix well.
- Pour batter into melted butter-- do not stir.
- Pour pie filling into batter (I drop it by spoonful and put several spoons in the middle and then divide the rest into the corners and sides-- do not stir).
- Bake@ 350° for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown.

PECAN PIE COBBLER
This pecan pie cobbler recipe is easy to make, and very tasty. The cobbler and sauce are created in one pan.

Steps:
- Place butter in a 9x13-inch cake pan or casserole dish and put in the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine flour, sugar, milk, and vanilla in a bowl. Stir to combine but don't overmix; batter must be of pouring consistency. If batter is too thick, add more milk.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
- Remove melted butter from the oven and sprinkle pecans over top. Without mixing or stirring, pour batter over the pecans, sprinkle with brown sugar mixture, and carefully pour hot water over top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes.

- Put pan in oven until butter melts.

BABY "PIE" OR "COBBLER"
This is so easy and babies love it. I use whatever fruit I have on hand: bananas, peaches, blueberries, apples, pears, or a mixture - you get the idea. I whirr up some graham crackers in the food processor and always have crumbs on hand. As your baby gets older, add in cinnamon, nutmeg, etc. to taste.
