8 months (always check with your pediatrician) Original Recipe from Little Green Pouch **Coconut milk is rich in phosphorus, an essential nutrient that the body needs for strengthening bones. Flax is high in omega-3 oils.

1 (13 1/2 ounce) can coconut milk
2 cups oat milk
2 bananas
3 cups frozen fruit
5 tablespoons coconut oil
4 tablespoons flax seed meal
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • Whip in Blender. Add Rice Dream if too thick. Freeze. When ready to enjoy, thaw in warm water. Will keep up to 3 months in the freezer.
