Steps:
- Mash avocados and mix together the next three ingredients.
- Once mixed, stir in the flour and baking powder.
- Heat 1/2 tablespoon butter over medium heat in a 6-inch nonstick skillet.
- Add 1/3 cup of the batter to the pan.
- Top the pancake with 2 ounces crabmeat and gently press into the pancake.
- Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Flip when and cook an additional 2-3 minutes or until firm.
- Garnish the pancake with sour cream, fresh tomato salsa or chipotle jam.

Steps:
- First the pancakes: Mix together flour, sugar and salt and gradually add eggs, milk, and butter. (I thank "An Apple Day" Cook Book very much for giving me it's recipe for pancakes.).
- Beat together and pour out, in lightly greased griddle, to a 5 inch diameter circle.
- Cook the eggs, scrambled.
- Now for the filling: Microwave the potatoes and mash it in another bowl. Add a squeeze of lime juice in the mix and cut the onion and add it then dazzle the salt.
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the nut. Do the same with the other avocado and put in a big bowl. Slice all chili pepper's and put them in the mashed potatoes aswell.
- Get ready to eat and make any change's to the recipe.
