¼ cup maple syrup
½ cup milk
¼ (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups vanilla flavored whey protein powder

Steps:

  • Place ice, avocado, maple syrup, milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla powder into a blender. Puree until smooth.
