Process or blend the avocado, sour cream, Parmesan, lime juice, 1 tablespoon water, cayenne and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy. Serve right away.

2 cloves of garlic - gently grilled in skin
½ cup sour cream
juice of 1 lime
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
¼ tsp. ground cumin

Steps:

1. To Dip: Your favorite veggies or fruit Your favorite chips Heat a small frying pan and gently let the garlic grill in the skin for a few minutes. Let the garlic cool and remove from the skin. Place all of the ingredients for the dip in a food processor and process until smooth. Prepare the veggies, fruit and chips and set up the platter.
