Steps:
- If you'd like a sugar rimmed glass: Pour a thin layer of turbinado sugar into a shallow bowl. Run a lemon or apple wedge to around the rim of your glass (or use a bit of apple cider) and dip into sugar to coat. Set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine apple cider, fireball, and vodka. Shake to combine.
- Pour over ice and serve immediately.

DUTCH APPLE PIE COCKTAIL
Steps:
- Add the apple cider, calvados, Demerara Sugar Syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon and bitters to a tea pot and stir thoroughly. Pour into tea cups on saucers and garnish with rock candy stirrers.
- Combine the sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and let cool completely. Keep covered in the refrigerator up to 1 month.
APPLE PIE IN A JAR DRINK

- Place the apple cider, apple juice, cinnamon sticks, and sugar into a large pot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat, and discard the cinnamon sticks. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then stir in the grain alcohol. Pour into quart-size canning jars, seal with the lids and rings, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
