This Cranberry Jello Salad is always on our holiday table. The combination of tart and sweet go perfectly together. This recipe is a must for every table.

Number Of Ingredients 6

Ingredients

2 (6 oz) packages raspberry jello
2 cups boiling hot water
2 cups cold water
2 14 oz cans whole berry cranberry sauce
2 20 oz cans crushed pineappple ((NOT pineapple chunks))
1 cup walnuts (toasted and chopped)

Steps:

In a large measuring cup, mix the 2 (6 oz) packages of raspberry Jell-O powder with 2 cups of boiling water using a whisk. Then add 2 cups of cold water and whisk until everything is dissolved.
In a large bowl, combine the 2 (14 oz) cans of whole berry cranberry sauce, 2 (20 oz) cans of crushed pineapple (juice included), and 1 cup of toasted chopped walnuts. Then pour in the jello and stir until well mixed in.
Pour the cranberry jello into either a large pan with raised edges or individual cups. Refrigerate overnight until it sets.

1 package (6 ounces) strawberry or 6 ounces lemon gelatin
3 cups boiling water
1 can (14 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup chopped pecans
Sour cream, optional

Steps:

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in cranberry sauce and pineapple. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until slightly thickened. Stir in nuts. Pour into a 1-1/2-qt. gelatin mold coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate until set. Unmold onto a serving platter. Serve with sour cream if desired.

Ingredients

2 (0.3 ounce) packages sugar-free cherry flavored Jell-O® mix
2 cups boiling water
1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
½ cup chopped pecans

Steps:

Combine the gelatin and boiling water; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Mix in cranberry sauce and pineapple.
Transfer to glass serving dishes. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill until set and serve.
