LIBBY'S AMAZING BAKED BEANS
Perfect for a picnic, pot luck or any night on your dinner table! If you like baked beans you will love these! These are a 4th of July and Summer staple in our house! I'm from the South and these are so good with burgers and BBQ!

Steps:
- 1. Mix all ingredients except whole onion. Place in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Place the whole peeled onion in the center of the bean mixture.
- 2. Bake 1 1/2 hours in a 325 degree pre-heated oven.
AUNT RO'S BAKED BEANS
This is my Aunt Ro's recipe for baked beans. It's closer to chili than baked beans, and it's great for a potluck or BBQ.

Steps:
- Place the bacon in a large, deep skillet and cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels, crumble, and set aside. Drain bacon fat from the skillet.
- Using the same skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat, stirring until the meat is no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain.
- Transfer the ground beef to a slow cooker. Add the pinto beans, butter beans, baked beans with pork, barbeque sauce, ketchup, and brown sugar to the ground beef mixture; stir to blend well. Cover and cook for 4 hours on High. Top each serving with crumbled bacon.

AUNT LIBBY'S BAKED BEANS
Steps:
- 1. Cook beef and onions in small amount of fat.
- 2. Cook very slowly until it is browned. Drain off fat and add remaining ingredients.
- 3. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
AUNT NELL'S BAKED BEANS
This is a easy baked bean recipe. I got this from a friend of mine, she had made it thirty years ago and I was looking for a good baked bean recipe. I contacted her and she gladly shared the recipe. I made them yesterday. So that I can eat them today !!

- Pam a baking dish. Open can of pork and beans and both cans of white beans, pour into baking dish. Add the tomato soup, brown sugar and the mustard to the bean mixture. Mix well, making sure there are no lumps of brown sugar. Chop the onion to desired pieces and add to the bean mixture, mix well. Layer the uncooked bacon on top of the beans. Bake in an oven at 350 degrees for two hours. Turn oven off and let sit in oven overnight. (This is what the recipe says to do.) Or cool and refrigerate. Reheat the next day and enjoy.

My step mom gave me this tasty recipe when I was lamenting over what to bring to a barbecue. I've taken this dish to several parties and there's NEVER been any left over!

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons of drippings, crumble and set aside in a large bowl. Cook the onion and garlic in the reserved drippings until onion is tender; drain excess grease and transfer to the bowl with the bacon.
- To the bacon and onions add pinto beans, northern beans, baked beans, kidney beans and garbanzo beans. Stir in ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and black pepper. Mix well and transfer to a 9x12 inch casserole dish.
- Cover and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.

A wonderfully rich and flavorful dish that leaves people coming back asking for more! I usually make this for family functions in honor of my Aunt Nancy (it was her recipe) and people always ask for the recipe.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer beef to a bowl with a slotted spoon. Drain and discard grease.
- Place bacon in the same skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon on paper towels. Discard all drippings.
- Add baked beans, kidney beans, butter beans, onion, brown sugar, white sugar, ketchup, molasses, and dry mustard to the beef. Add bacon and mix all ingredients together. Transfer to a 9x13-inch aluminum pan and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes.

- Fry bacon until crisp; cool and crumble.
- Sauté onion in the bacon drippings.

LIBBY'S GREEN BEANS
My mother-in-law's recipe. It has sour cream and Velveeta cheese in it. It's pretty good. You can use canned or fresh beans for this. Of course if you make it using canned beans, it will not take NEAR as long, lol.
