CAKE MIX APPLESAUCE CAKE - APPLESAUCE COFFEE CAKE WITH YELLOW CAKE MIX
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F; spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish nonstick cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar; set aside.
- In a large bowl, blend cake mix, eggs and applesauce until moist. Beat on high for 2 minutes.
- Pour half the batter into the prepared baking dish; sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar; cover with remaining batter.
- Take a knife and swirl through the layers.
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in pan. If desired, sprinkle top of cake with powdered sugar.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a tube or Bundt pan. Combine the cake mix and eggs in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Stir in the applesauce. Pour the cake batter into the prepared baking pan. Place in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until done. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 15 minutes. Invert the pan onto a platter and remove the cake from the pan. Let cool completely. Dust with cinnamon sugar if desired.

- In a large bowl, stir together cake mix, instant pudding mix, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Add the applesauce, oil, eggs and water. Blend for 3 to 4 minutes using an electric mixer. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.
- Bake for 50 to 55 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
