This Crack Dip is highly addictive. You've been warned. ;) Full of cream cheese, bacon, sour cream, spices and more, you're never gonna want to stop eating it!

Ingredients

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
1/4 cup mayo
1 cup Sour cream
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 (7 oz) can fire roasted green chilies (drained)
4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled*)
1 (1 oz) package dry ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
salt (to taste)
Green onions (for topping)
Crumbled bacon (for topping)
Ritz crackers
Tortilla Chips

Steps:

In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream until smooth.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients, minus the "optional for serving" ingredients.
Cover and place in the fridge until ready to serve!
Taste and re-season, if necessary.
Top with minced green onions and more crumbled bacon.
Serve with crackers and chips!

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 ounce package ranch dressing mix
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
⅓ cup bacon bits (or 6 slices cooked and crumbled)
2 green onions (sliced)

Steps:

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise ranch mix and garlic powder with a mixer on medium speed.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Ingredients

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package almond brickle chips (7-1/2 ounces) or English toffee bits (10 ounces)
3 medium tart apples, cut into chunks

Steps:

In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugars and vanilla. Fold in brickle chips. Serve with apples. Refrigerate any leftovers.

Ingredients

3 (8 oz) cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (12 oz) bag mini chocolate chips
1 (8 oz) bag toffee pieces
1 (20 oz) bottle caramel ice cream topping

Steps:

Cream together the cream cheese, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract. In a casserole dish, spread the cream cheese mixture into the bottom of the pan. Completely cover the cream cheese mixture with chocolate chips and chocolate toffee bits. Drizzle liberally with the caramel sauce. Chill or serve immediately with apple slices. Enjoy!
