Ingredients

1 package yellow cake mix (regular size)
1-1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 large egg
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup finely chopped peeled apple
1/2 cup raisins

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon. In a small bowl, combine the egg, applesauce, apple and raisins. Stir into oat mixture and mix well. , Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 in. apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool.

½ cup vegetable oil

Steps:

Mix together cake mix, eggs and oil in a large bowl.
Make little balls with the dough and set on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 4 - 10 minutes.

1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
1 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 medium apple, chopped (1 cup)

Steps:

Heat oven to 375°. Grease cookie sheet with shortening. Beat brown sugar, butter and egg in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Stir in flour, nutmeg, salt and baking soda. Stir in apple.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack; cool. Store loosely covered.

1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
1/2 cup applesauce
1 large egg
1 cup raisins or dried cranberries

Steps:

1. Oven to 350. Spray cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray. 2. In large bowl beat cake mix, oil, applesauce, and egg on medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes, until well blended. 3. Stir in raisins or dried cranberries. 4. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheets, about 2 inches apart. 5. Bake for 9 to 12 minutes or until the center is just barely set when lightly touched with your fingertip and the edges are firm. 6. Remove from the oven, allow to cool one minute then transfer to wire racks.

1 box betty crocker supermake mixoist spice cake mix
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 c chopped apple
1/3 c betty crocker rich and creamy cream cheese frosting

Steps:

1. Heat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, stir together cake mix, oil and eggs until combined and dough forms. Stir in chopped apple.
2. Onto ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
3. Bake 8-10 minutes or until set. Remove cookies from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.
4. In a small microwaveable bowl, microwave frosting on high 10 seconds. Drizzle melted frosting over cooked cookies.
