Ingredients

1 recipe - 2 green apples, washed, cored and cubed
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 head romaine lettuce, rinsed, dried and chopped
1 recipe - 2 dill pickles, diced
1 recipe - 2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup ranch-style salad dressing

Steps:

In a large bowl, mix together the apples, sunflower seeds, lettuce, pickles and tomato.
Pour dressing on top, toss and enjoy!

10 Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored and chopped
2 (8 ounce) cans pineapple chunks
2 cups raisins
1 cup chopped pecans
20 ounces sour cream
1 teaspoon granulated sugar

Steps:

Combine the apples, undrained pineapple, raisins, pecans and sour cream. Mix well and add sugar to taste. Serve chilled.

2 tablespoons cider vinegar
Salt and pepper
1 small head cauliflower
2 thinly sliced Gala apples
3/4 cup torn fresh mint leaves

Steps:

In a large bowl, whisk together oil and vinegar; season with salt and pepper. With a mandoline or sharp knife, shave cauliflower into thin slices. Add to dressing along with apples and mint leaves, then toss.
