Steps:
- Brown Ground Beef and taco seasoning in skillet.
- add salt & pepper into Ground Beef.
- Add half of the Gallon of Nacho Cheese into a crockpot.
- turn on low.
- add the ground beef to the crockpot.
- dice onion and peppers finely
- add jar of salsa
- Mix all ingredients together then turn crockpot on high .
- stir randomly let cook till hot normally around 2 hours
- Then serve with nachos.
- If you like spice add 1/4 of 8 oz jar franks red hot or your favorite hot sauce.

- Cut the avocados in half, then remove the pits, reserving 1 to a medium bowl.
- Scoop avocado meat into bowl with pit.
- Gently mash avocados with a spoon.
- Add lemon juice, salt, chili and cumin.
- Stir lightly to combine.
- Serve with carrot and celery sticks.

- In a large skillet, brown the ground sausage. Drain any grease away. Return the pan with the meat to medium low heat. Cut the cheeses into cubes and add them to the pan. Cook until the cheese have melted, stirring occasionally. Add the drained whole kernel corn, two cans of drained tomatoes and chilis, and garlic powder. Cook until heated through. Transfer to a serving dish or to a slow cooker on warm to keep it warm. Serve alongside corn or tortilla chips.
