- Blend cabbage and carrot in a high-powered blender (such as Vitamix®) on low to medium-low speed until evenly shredded; strain and let sit until dry.
- Combine cabbage mixture, pineapple, mayonnaise, almonds, raisins, dried cranberries, apple cider vinegar, and salt in a bowl. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour.

Called Holly's Cole Slaw in Pingry Cooks and was submitted by Bunny Raabe. It sounds Hawaiian to me with raisins and pineapple. Prebagged shredded cole slaw helps cut down on prep time. I guessed can ounces since the recipe just said "a can" for the pineapple tidbits.
