Holiday red sangria with brandy and cloves.

Steps:
- Pour Rioja into a large pitcher. Add brandy and orange liqueur. Cut orange, grapefruit, and lemon into wedges. Squeeze juice into the pitcher. Toss in fruit with rinds. Refrigerate until flavors combine, 8 hours to overnight.
- Add pomander to the sangria several hours before serving.
- Strain liquid into chilled glasses of ice. Top with a splash of seltzer. Garnish with lime slices.

- In a large pitcher or bowl, mix together the brandy, lemon juice, lemonade concentrate, orange juice, red wine, triple sec, and sugar. Float slices of lemon, orange and lime, and maraschino cherries in the mixture. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor. For a fizzy sangria, add club soda just before serving.

- Process raspberries in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
- Pour puree through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a large container, discarding raspberry seeds.
- Set puree aside.
- Bring 3 cups water and sugar to a boil in a saucepan, stirring often.
- Remove from heat; add tea bag.
- Cover and steep 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bag with a slotted spoon, squeezing gently; cool tea mixture.
- Stir together tea mixture, raspberry puree, grape juice, and lemon and lime slices.
- Chill.
- Stir in orange soft drink, and serve immediately over ice.

RASPBERRY LEMONCELLO SPARKLING SANGRIA
This is great for the summertime! Tangy and sweet! From a recipe book called Sangria. The recipe calls for Lemoncello for the liqueur but Zaar does not recognize it.

- In a large glass pitcher, mix together the raspberries, lemon zest, lemonade and Lemoncello. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
- When ready to serve, slowly add the sparkling wine, stir gently.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and slowly pour sangria over the ice, allowing raspberries to fall into the glasses.

- Boil the water and pour over the teabags in a large jug. Let steep 15 minutes, then remove the teabags (press out the liquid).
- Stir in the sugar (or stevia) and juices.
- Allow to cool to room temperature, then stir in the oranges, lemons and limes.
- Chill completely.
- Just before serving, stir in the frozen berries and soda. Serve over ice.
