AFTERNOON SIESTA (TEQUILA, CAMPARI, IPA BEER, LIME JUICE, AGAVE COCKTAIL)
Agave nectar makes a great fast sub when you don't have simple syrup on hand.

Yield Makes 1 cocktail
Number Of Ingredients 6
Steps:
- Combine Campari, tequila, lime juice, and agave nectar in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Cover and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds. Strain into a pint glass and top with beer. Garnish with lime wheel.
ROSITA
Steps:
- Stir with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with the orange twist.
SIESTA (TEQUILA, CAMPARI, GRAPEFRUIT JUICE, AND LIME JUICE COCKTAIL)
You won't be sorry with tequila, grapefruit, and Campari.

- Combine tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, Campari, and grapefruit juice in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.
- Strain cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer or a slotted spoon into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lime wheel.
